Best Way & Healthy Way to Whiten Your Teeth
Like so many, I want to have whiter teeth. My teeth to start with are not the best. I have tried several different ways to whiten my teeth, such as the Crest Whitestrips or the Auroglow Teeth Whitening Kit but have found the Active Wow Teeth Whitening Charcoal Powder is the best for me.
I had first tried the Crest Whitestripes when I was in my early 20s and it worked great. The Crest Whitestrips is recommended by professionals, claims to be able to remove up to 14 years of teeth stains and can provide professional teeth cleaning results. Although this takes an estimated hour to use, it left some of my teeth in pain. Although it says it can remove up to 14 years of teeth stains, I am not sure what 14 years of teeth stains would look like or even what my teeth looked like 14 years ago. I guess I could pull out an old photo. Although the Crest Whitestrips did not work for me this time around, I do know several people who they did work for.
After trying the Crest Whitestripes , I moved on to the Auroglow Teeth Whitening Kit. Just because something costs more money does not mean that it is better. The Auroglow teeth whitening kit is a bit more pricey then the strips. Unlike the stripes this whitening kit takes an estimated 30 minutes to use. Thats great, 30 minutes less time. Its good at removing stains from coffee, wine, soda, tea and smoking stains. Unfortunately I don’t know if my stains are from any of those specifically. I do drink coffee and tea, so that is probably where my stains had come from. Or they came from normal life and simply getting older. After I think was a week, maybe even two I did not notice a difference and the light died very quickly for me. Again I know several other ladies who this kit works great for.
After talking to my girl friend about teeth whitening, she recommended a charcoal powder to help whiten teeth. At first I thought it was weird, but it was not until I started doing a charcoal mask did I even think aboutthe benefits that charcoal could potentially have on my teeth. I personally use the Active Wow Teeth Whitening Charcoal Powder. I remind you, this is a powder, so be careful when opening the container the first time. I think I was cleaning charcoal powder up around my sink for days. One of the best things about this charcoal powder is that it whitens with out causing any funny feelings in my mouth and my teeth do not hurt. If you have tried the Crest Whitestripes or some other whitening kit, you know what I mean about that weird feeling, taste, etc. The ingredients in the charcoal powder is amazing and is excellent for your gums. Additionally this is a natural way to whiten your teeth. If you are conscientious of what you are putting in or on your body, chemicals, toxins, etc. then this will be something you might want to look into. This charcoal powder doesn’t use harsh dental grade peroxides but uses activated charcoal, and natures best purifies and detoxifiers. I can use it at the same time that I brush my teeth and don’t have to worry about planning 30 minutes or an hour to use it. This tooth whitening powder packed with charcoal, coconut oil and bentonite is my go-to for brightening up my smile. Plus, you can use it up to 2x a day with no sensitivity. I love this stuff!
